Watercolors

There's always a first time they say.. and this one is clearly my first attempt using watercolors and coloring pencils. (Not a good call for an assignment due next day)
Its supposed to be a hyperrealism exercise, which I pretty much didn't succeed at. It's far from being a great illustration, but I surely learned a lot making it.

Time spent: dunno, couple hours on the drawing, all nighter on the painting?
Tools: Old watercolors & Old prismacolor

The scan didn't really help the color. Not saying that its all the scanner's fault tho.
